“Let me show you Ontario’s Best Four Seasons Real Estate”

“I’m Raising the Standard for my Real Estate clients…”

Service: Reliable, Rewarding & First Rate

Fully understanding that the purchase of a new primary or secondary residence is a major decision, my main goal is to ensure that you are confident and comfortable with the process each step of the way.

  • Integrity

Closing a deal is not good enough; closing a deal that my buyers are completely satisfied with is my goal. Buying a home will certainly have a major impact on your life, so it’s imperative that your Real Estate Agent provide comprehensive service, useful information and support as you work through your decisions. If a home inspection kills a deal, I feel relieved that my client has avoided potential problems, not disappointed that our deal fell through. A partnership between buyer and Real Estate Rep. is the best way to ensure a rewarding home purchase. I know it sounds cliche, but it’s absolutely true that I’m not satisfied until you are.

  • Individualized

Every buyer has unique needs, wants, and approaches to buying a property. For that reason, it’s essential to offer individualized service for each of my clients. There is no formula that fits all buyers, but a personal approach, accommodating each individual buyer, always has positive outcomes. If you live out of town, I will take the extra steps needed to get information to you in a convenient way. I can send you additional photos, or even a video walkthrough of a home you’re interested in. Your needs will determine my approach.

Knowledge: Comprehensive, Essential & Empowering

The phrase “I don’t know” is too often used in real estate. As a buyer, you are entitled to full information in order to make informed, comfortable decisions.

  • Proactive

When you want to know details of the local area or of a specific property, your Real Estate Rep. should be a valuable resource. I proactively seek answers to questions that I anticipate buyers will ask, before they ask them. In addition, I will provide you with relevant information you may not have considered yourself. If you do have a question that I don’t already have the answer to, I certainly know a person or resource where I can find that answer for you. Every question that will affect your comfort level with a possible purchase is a question worth asking.

  • Buyer Benefit

The idea that knowledge is power is not a new one, but in the current real estate market this concept applies more than in the past. Buyers are more savvy than ever before, using the internet and following television shows about real estate. Still, many buyers end up signing real estate deals without adequate information. I will ensure that you have all the information required in order to make intelligent decisions. My aim is not to persuade buyers in one direction or another, but to empower buyers with the knowledge required to confidently make the right decisions for them.

Communication: Collaborative, Personable & Productive

When buyer and Real Estate Rep. approach real estate transactions as a team, buyer satisfaction is high. You can always rely on the knowledge that I have communicated relevant information to you so that you can control the way in which you prefer to handle the real estate process and transaction.

  • Open & Direct

The moment you hesitate to broach a topic of concern with your Real Estate Rep., your satisfaction as a buyer decreases. It is absolutely essential that you interview more than one Real Estate Rep. and choose one you feel you can truly be yourself with. In addition to being open and honest about what you’re looking for in your real estate transaction, you should also expect your Real Estate Rep. to be open and honest with you. I understand that in business, it’s more important to voice the true statement than the safe statement. Your home is your most valuable asset, so you owe it to yourself to work with a real estate professional with whom you can openly share your wishes and concerns.

  • Comfortable

Just as you should be comfortable with your accountant/dentist, you should be comfortable with your Real Estate Rep. Effective communication is key. When we work in partnership to find the home you’re seeking, your comfort level will be key to a gratifying outcome. I am truly flexible and strive to meet your individual buying needs and communication style. If you prefer texting or email over phone calls, that’s how we’ll communicate. Further, just as you aren’t obligated to continue seeing a doctor who you don’t feel confident in, you also aren’t obligated to continue working with a Real Estate Rep. who isn’t meeting your needs. Contracts can be officially broken, and if that’s what it takes to make you comfortable with your real estate goals, it will be worth it. Your comfort is key to a satisfying real estate experience.

Open, comfortable communication is essential to positive real estate outcomes. Most importantly, my clients never need to worry that they are “wasting my time.” It is my role and my aim to provide whatever style and amount of support you require as you seek a new home. Everyone has different wishes and needs, and I am here to fulfill those for each client.
